Like many other unemployed people in this country I am desperate to do whatever it takes to find employment. Employment that is long term, satisfying and well compensated is at the top of the list for most unemployed persons. When talking about older (45+) unemployed persons the opportunities are not as many. Since I am included in this group I have decided to re-invent myself professionally. I have been given the opportunity to do this by Immokalee Technical Institute. ITECH is a blessing to persons of all walks of life. Recent high school graduates, current high school students o yes older students such as myself. Male and females, 16, 19, 26,33, 44 and older students. Tech knowledge from very little to quite knowledgeable. Local residents to residents from Naples, Montura and Leheigh Acres to name a few. The staff guides and assists with financial applications and meeting minimum education requirements. I am currently enrolled and attending ITECH's Applied Cybersecurity course which is being taught by a very qualified, charismatic and professional instructor.
